Payment and delivery

You can pay for the goods:
1. Cash in hryvnias, subject to pickup from the showroom
2. Cash on delivery at the points of receipt of goods at Nova
Poshta 3. Pay by card using the Liqpay service

Delivery:
Carried out by New mail (in Ukraine), Ukrposhta (outside Ukraine)

Orders are dispatched within 10 working days from the moment the order is placed.

Exchange and return

You can return (exchange) the goods ordered in our online store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, in accordance with the law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Mandatory conditions for the return or exchange of goods:

  1. The presence of the original uncut label.
  2. Compliance with the presentation (no traces of use and wear).

Return via New mail

  1. To return the goods, you must obtain the details from the manager by phone (067) 006-05-06.
  2. Shipping of goods is at the expense of the buyer.
  3. After the return of the goods, provided that its consumer properties and presentation are preserved, a refund is made within 14 days after shipment.

Return in Kharkov:

  1. Return in Kharkov is carried out only at the pickup point within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Before returning the goods, you must contact the manager by phone (067) 006-05-06 and fill out a return request. The showroom is located at Kharkiv, Metro Botanichesky Sad, Nauki Avenue 38, Building of the House of Projects, 2nd floor.
  3. After the return of the goods, provided that its consumer properties and presentation are preserved, the money is returned in a manner similar to the method of payment, on the day of return or, in the absence of money in the cash register, within 7 banking days.

Note:

  • If the item sent is non-refundable, the store is forced to send it back at the buyer's expense.
  • Refunds, in case of sending the goods through Nova Poshta, are carried out to the buyer's settlement account.
